We received a Silver Award with the Şekerbank
Training Program (YEP), through which we prepare young talent for the banking
industry. Our program was recognized in the "Development Program Promoting
Diversity, Inclusion, and Equal Access in Education" category. We achieved an
important success with our inclusive program, which supports the development of
young professionals pursuing careers in banking.
