Recruitment of the Inexperienced 

In the following sections, you can access the details of our recruitment programs we execute in different periods of the year for the candidates who do not have sectoral experience.
  • Assistant Auditor 
    The online applications made to our bank’s advertisement for the “Assistant Auditor” position are evaluated. The candidates whose applications have been approved are invited to the central examination made altogether across Turkey. The candidates who have been approved in consequence of the examination and interview are started to work under the Internal Audit.
  • Assistant Officer/Customer Representative
  • The online applications made to our bank’s advertisement for the “Assistant Officer-Customer Representative” position are evaluated. The candidates whose applications have been approved are invited to the central examination made altogether across Turkey. The candidates who have been approved in consequence of the examination and interview are started to work as Assistant Officer in the Head Office Units and as the Customer Representative in the Branch marketing staff.
  • Teller/Clerk
  • The online applications made to our bank’s advertisements and our webpage for the Teller/Clerk positions are evaluated. The candidates to be employed in these positions are employed in appropriate departments in line with the bank’s needs according to the results of the General Ability Examination, Personality Inventory, and Interview.

Recruitment of the Experienced

In our recruitments it is aimed at selecting the most appropriate candidates for all positions by reaching the correct target group. The target is participation of customer- and result-oriented candidates who conform to the corporate culture, believe in open communication and continuous development, loyal to the corporation in our organization. Besides, it is expected in our recruitment of the experienced that the candidates have the education, knowledge, experience, and competences required by the position. 


Recruitment of Interns

Our bank offers the university students who have compulsory internship an internship opportunity for maximum three months in summer so that they can get close acquainted with the banking sector and Şekerbank. The internship applications made are evaluated by the Human Resources, and the approved candidates are guided to our branches where they are needed.
