Wage Policy 
We pay 12 salaries and bonus depending on performance to our bank’s employees. 

Pension Fund
 
In Terms of social security, all our employees are subject to Social Insurance Fund Foundation and Collateral Social Security and Solidarity Fund. 

Food allowance for lunches (Card Application)
 
All our employees are given food allowance in the amounts determined according to the current conditions by considering the regions where they work. 

Personnel Shuttle 

We have shuttle for our Head Office employees. 

Foreign Language Compensation
 
Among the employees of our bank, those who certify that they know English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, and Dutch with the results of examinations such as TOEFL, TOEIC, KPDS, TFI, and WIDAF are paid foreign language compensation according to the defined score ranges. 

Lodging
 
Our bank’s employees benefit from the lodges in accordance with the provisions of the lodging instruction. 

Accident Group Insurance 

Our bank’s employees are insured against all sorts of accidents in line with the current conditions. 

Healthcare Opportunities 

The healthcare services are given not only to our employees but also to their dependants through “Şekerbank T.A.Ş. Personnel Social Insurance Fund Foundation”. The healthcare services are given through contracted doctors, laboratories, state hospitals and Şekerbank Medical Unit. Our employees in Istanbul benefit from the healthcare services of the contracted Private Health institutions. 

Leave Opportunity
 
Those whose service period is between 1 and 5 years take 20-day leave, Those whose service period is between 6 and 10 years take 24-day leave, Those whose service period is between 10 years and more take 30-day leave.
