ANNOUNCEMENT TO INVESTORS ŽEKER YATIRIM MENKUL DEŠERLER A.Ž. B TYPE VARIABLE FUND INTERNAL REGULATION REVISION

In accordance with the Capital Markets Board decision B.02.1.SPK.0.15-177 of 17-Feb-2011, the “B Type Variable Fund” established by Žeker Yatirim Menkul Dešerler A.Ž. shall be converted into “Žeker Yatirim Menkul Dešerler A.Ž. A Type Mixed Fund”.

The internal regulation revision related to the following operations shall be registered with the Trade Registry on 01-Apr-2011, and the new issues will enter into force on that date.

REVISION DETAILS:

  • The fund classification has been converted from “B” to “A”; the fund type been converted from “Variable” to “Mixed Fund”; the fund title has been changed to “Žeker Yatirim Menkul Dešerler A.Ž. A Type Mixed Fund”.
  • The fund management strategy has been altered: as an “A Type Fund”, a minimum of 25% of the Portfolio on a monthly basis shall be invested continuously in the stocks of partnerships based in Turkey including also State Economic Enterprises included in privatization scope under the relevant legislation. The Fund Portfolio will be structured in accordance with the MIXED FUND definition with respect to portfolio limitations. Thus, of the Fund portfolio value, a minimum of 20% will be composed of stocks, and a minimum of 20% of fixed-income securities issued by the public and private sector on a continuous basis.
  • The articles relating to the selection of capital market instruments on which the Fund will make investments has also been revised in line with the fund management strategy. Additionally, the payment principles of the sales prices of the Fund have also been changed as follows: the contribution rate prices will be paid to investors on the second trading day following the issuance of the return order when the return order has been given not later than 13:40 at the office days of IMKB Stock Market, or on the third following the issuance of the return order when the return order has been given after 13:40 at the office days of IMKB Stock Market.
